Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining amount is payable during your appointment.

Deposits are refundable if a cancellation notice of 3 days is given. Any cancellations after this timeframe deposits will not be refunded.. Deposits are transferrable, if you would like to change the treatment and keep your original treatment appointment.

By booking you agree to completing medical history forms, signing consent and also receiving a patch test when necessary if you do not comply we will not be able to carry out the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

All facial treatments have a minimum cancellation and rescheduling time of 48 hours prior to appointment. 

 

Full payment is required if this timeframe is not adhered too.​​​​

If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
